Our warm and beautifully decorated home is nestled among tall pines and fragrant sagebrush, where deer and squirrels are frequent visitors. Enjoy relaxing in front of the fireplace after a long day skiing or a quiet soak in the private and secluded hot tub. This brand new tub features 37 jets and seats 6-8. Enjoy star gazing from this nice tub at the end of the day.

This spacious 1350 sq foot lodge style home features a living room and bedrooms each well equipped with extra bedding, blankets, TV's VCR's DVD players for movie nights and more (very kid friendly).

Our central heating is tastefully augmented by a large lava rock fireplace in the living room, where wood for cozy fires is provided. There's seating for 8 both in the living room and at the large camp style dining table. Our kitchen comes fully equipped with utensils, pots, bake ware, condiments, coffeemaker, and microwave. (For those who need something to get them going in the morning, the coffee beans are on the house!)

Bedrooms: The master bedroom has its own bathroom and a brand new king bed. Bedroom #2 has a four poster log bed with comfy queen mattress. Bedroom #3 has a brand new twin over full size bunk. These two bedrooms have a large bathroom that has a bath shower combo.

Parking, Hiking, Biking: Two vehicles can be comfortably parked out front of the garage. Eight bikes are provided for your use exploring the area's bike paths. We are close to Fort Rock Park, with full amenities, and a nice walk to the snow park located on your way to the Village Mall.

Amenities: Our home has 4 tvs with DVD,VCR, local phone, cable, washer, dryer. Included in the kitchen are crock pot, bake ware, muffin pans, assorted skillets along with dinner plates silverware coffee and beverage glasses & wine glasses. A barbeque with a burner (gas) is also included with the house.

We are located just minutes away from all the amenities and restaurants located at the Village Mall, as well as the Sunriver "Crosswater", Meadows", and "Woodlands" golf courses. For more shopping and cinemas drive north on Highway 97 to Bend and The Old Mill District, or take a 30 minute drive along the Cascade Lakes Highway to Mt. Bacheor for skiing, snowboarding, hiking, and much more
